Training
At Lush Lashes Beauty and Training we offer a variety of training courses, mentoring sessions and workshops for complete beginners to technicians with experience looking to enhance their skills and add to their portfolio.
You will receive first class training by our highly skilled, award winning trainer who has many years of experience doing these treatments and will share with you all the hints and tips picked up along the way!
You will learn all the necessary Health and Safety, Anatomy and Physiology, advise on insurance, pricing, the step by step treatment procedures, contra indications, patch testing aftercare and maintenance and so much more!
We are committed to providing you with as much knowledge and guidance as possible, even after you have been on our courses! All our courses are class based and in small groups to ensure our trainer can watch over and guide you throughout the day.
All of courses are fully insured and accredited. You will be able to gain your own insurance once you have received certification. You will receive a manual for your course, an insurable certificate on completion of the course and any case studies required and kits are included for some of the courses.
1-1 sessions and combination courses are also available, contact us direct for prices.
You must be over 16 years old to attend and please note that we work on live models to ensure all your time is spent learning.

Classic Semi-Permenant Eylash Extension
This is an accredited course for complete beginners.
No experience is needed but would be beneficial.
You will learn Health and Safety, Anatomy and Physiology and all the requirements to become a great lash technician from our experienced trainer.
Pre Course Reading.
1 day from 10am-5pm.
Model for practical session needed at 1.30pm
There is a short assessment on the day at the end of the practical session.
Three Case Studies are required to be done in your own time and to be submitted within a month of the days course and must have the requirements explained in the course in order to received certification.

Creative Lash & Hybrid Workshop
This is a 4-hour workshop and a suitable model is required for the practical session halfway through. (Times to be confirmed).
This workshop is for lash technicians who are already competent, qualified, and experienced in classic eyelash extensions and wish to develop their knowledge and learn advanced techniques.
We will NOT be learning the Russian Volume technique but if you are already qualified in this you CAN use this instead of using premade fans.
Technicians will already be knowledgeable in Health and Safety, Anatomy and Physiology, Contra-Indications and all other theory associated with classic lashes.
In this versatile workshop you will learn how to advance your skills and create different styles using hybrids, premade fans mapping and so much more hints and tips.
This is a non-accredited course, but you will receive a certificate of attendance at the end. No kit is included in the workshop, however products are available to purchase and you may wish to bring your own items i.e. tweezers or glue.

Russian Volume Eyelash Extensions
Pre Course Reading. 1 day from 10am-5pm. Model for practical session needed at 1.30pm
This is a full day accredited course for technicians already qualified in Classic Eyelash Extension, candidates must hold a qualification for Classics. You should have previous knowledge of all health and safety and anatomy and physiology relating to classic eyelash extensions.
You will learn how to safely handmake fans using 3 different Russian Volume techniques with the correct weights and lengths.
Short assessment, 1 case study is required in your own time.

Lash Lift & Tint
Pre Course Reading, 1 day from 10am-5pm. Model required for practical session at 2pm
No previous experience is necessary, but any beauty experience is beneficial. No case studies are required but there is a short assessment at the end of the day. You will receive a kit which will allow you to start once you have completed the course.
This fantastic course is a great addition for those who wish to offer clients a more natural alternative to Lash Extensions, you will learn the step by step guide of how to beautifully lift and tint the lashes giving the eyes a more open eye look.
You will learn all the necessary Health and Safety, Anatomy and Physiology, advise on insurance, pricing, the step by step treatment procedures on lifting and tinting the lashes, contra indications, patch testing aftercare and maintenance.

Brow Bar Services
Pre Course Reading. 1 day 10am-5pm. Model required for practical session at 2pm (No kit included but there will be products available to use on the day.)

There is a huge demand for the ever-evolving brow treatment and learning the basics of measuring, tinting, waxing and tweezing can help lead you onto the more advanced new treatments that are so popular in salons now.

Kit Included
Previous Brow Tint and Waxing qualification is necessary and there is a short assessment at the end of the day.

You will learn all the relevant health and safety, anatomy and physiology, how to use the lamination products and how to successfully create fabulous looking brows!
